The Cetitec Competence Centers
We are organized as a true tech company: Our tech experts are working in competence centers where they can develop their skills and focus their work on challenging software projects, mainly in the automotive sector. Our project managers and quality engineers make sure that we deliver quality work on time and help the developers, architects and test engineers achieve great results.
Each Competence Center offers distinct career opportunities and challenges, whether you're leading strategic initiatives as a Head of Competence Center or diving deep into technical solutions as an expert. Our experienced leaders, project managers and experts provide guidance, support and mentorship to help you succeed in your chosen path. We believe in fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration, where employees have the opportunity to grow personally and professionally - no matter which path they choose to pursue.
The embedded code for real-time systems at Cetitec is written in C++ and C, the PC-side code in C#, Python and web-based languages. Software architectures and designs are documented using UML tools.
Our development process follows the Automotive Spice standard and reduces the effort required for recurring tasks through automation.
Our software is built based on the newest programming concepts, frameworks and technologies. We stay on track regarding new communication protocols and bus systems to ensure our software is built using state of the art technology.
